“Paying attention” to our present moment experience includes Body Awareness, i.e. observing sensations in the body. With this guided meditation you can develop Body Awareness to shift the mind’s focus from dominant thoughts (without fighting them) back to a more open, or inclusive awareness of the present moment experience. Body Awareness is sometimes referred to as Body Sensing. While practising this guided meditation remember no thought is a problem, and no thought is important.
