Over four weeks this Guided Imagery program will give you an experience of healing and well-being.

Guided Imagery uses an intentional style of meditation to harness the power of the mind.

This style of meditation is used for achieving chosen goals and much more.

Included in this program is an introduction to understanding the mind, the way in which it works and how we can use it more creatively and effectively, in a way that is personally satisfying and helpful to others.
