Reflecting On 2016

Date:
By  Christine Convery
Category: December 2016

The end of the year offers a natural opportunity to do a longer reflection on where and how you are. It's a beaut time to recall, look back on the year that's been, and reflect on what events have shaped you during the year. Here's what we recommend you do:-

Get a significant other to do this with you
Create a fun space in time to do these questions (in nature, in a coffee

shop, with a glass of wine, over supper, etc)

Invite the Divine Energy to do this with you. Still yourself, be reminded that you are deeply cared for by the Divine Energy and all your angels and guides.
Take a moment to remember the year - what were some of the key moments?
Select the questions below that speak to you and write down your answers (it's always a treasure to keep in the future)
Share some of your responses with someone.
QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

  1. What was the single best thing that happened this past year?
  2. What was the single most challenging thing that happened?
