Christine Convery recently held a successful workshop
at Cessnock Library on October 2, 2018.
The workshop was attended by 16 people, all eager to learn more
about Mindfulness Meditation and how you can incorporate
Mindfulness practices easily into your everyday life.
Christine also shared how Mindfulness enhances creativity, and led
the group in two mindfulness practices. It was good to see the
participants engaging well in what was presented, asking questions
and appreciating Christine's expert knowledge and experience.
The next event on the calender for Chris. is leading a small group
of nine people who have booked in to Health 'n' Harmony for Life's
weekend Mindfulness Immersion retreat, over Oct. 19 to 21, 2018.
This retreat will be the final retreat for 2018.
The event schedule for 2019 will be available over the coming weeks.
As Christine will most likely be relocating elsewhere in the Hunter
Valley region soon, stay tuned for some exciting news!

October 2018 Retreat report
- 16th November 2018
What a great bunch of ladies attended our Mindfulness Immersion weekend retreat during October 2018. We began with a scrumptious meal on Friday night and continued with six formal mindfulness meditation sessions over the weekend. Many of these ladies took advantage of having a Lomi Lomi massage during the weekend, as well as a free half hour consultation with me. There was also plenty of free time for bush walking and walking meditation. Blessings and be well, Christine Convery
